It started working this morning. Not sure if anything was done.
Max is now working for me this morning as well. However, after the initial Max logo page during launch, I get this: “Important Notice: Max will soon stop supporting this Roku device model”. So this appears to be a temporary fix and I will lose Max connection again?
Same issue here on a Roku StreamBar Pro. Max will load to the profiles page, but will go no further on the last two accounts. However if I select the main user account it prompts me as though I have selected the edit option (not highlighted, verified several times). All other apps are working fine. This issue started today for us. I have uninstalled and re-installed, restarted in between, and still can not use the Max app.
