Re: JVC Roku TV - gone blue screen on me / has sound - no picture

A number of TV manufacturers have licensed Roku technology for inclusion in some set models and market them as "Roku TVs". Roku doesn't manufacture "Roku TV" sets or their remotes, it only supplies the Roku operating system which provides the Roku functionality. This sounds like a hardware issue that needs to be referred to the manufacturer of the set.

Manufacturer support contacts for Roku TVs can be found in this support post: https://community.roku.com/t5/Manufacturer-Support-Warranty-Resources/Contacting-Support-for-Your-Ro...

Thank You ...I'll give that a try... FYI: the Roku remote that came with this TV is exactly like the other 3 remotes I have for using the Roku Sticks on other TV's in the home, which led me to believe the TV was manufactured through Roku.. thanks for setting that straight

I just did this and it worked... home button 5 times, up arrow once, rewind twice, fast forward twice. Saw it on a 2 year old video. The TV recycled itself twice and voila... came on again where I could see the menu!!
