Impact hit my tv, middle cut out

Something accidentally hit my tv tonight and it’s not broken on the outside or anything and the only thing wrong with the picture is the lcd underneath the screen just in the middle, can I fix or replace

I assume you mean the LED indicator light below the screen.  If the set function is not impaired by the loss of this indicator light, I suspect it would cost more to get it fixed than most of us would want to spend.  But if you want to pursue it:

A number of TV manufacturers have licensed Roku technology for inclusion in some set models and market them as "Roku TVs". Roku doesn't manufacture "Roku TV" sets or their remotes, it only supplies the Roku operating system. This sounds like a hardware issue that needs to be referred to the manufacturer of the set.
