How do you revert back to a working OS version?

How do I revert back to a version that doesn't keep giving me Hdcp error 20? My serial is X0100008E4PJ and I would much appreciate a downgrade back to a working Roku.

I just received this reply after sending my device info the the name in the email

At this time, we would recommend that you check for a system update through Settings  >  System  >  System update  >  Check now After your device updates, please restart and let us know if you are still experiencing the
