I had to call high sense technical support for this. What do you do is to select the input that your Roku is plugged into and while you’re displaying that input, on your high sense, remote press the menu button, which is the one in the bottom left that has the two horizontal lines, scroll down to HMI format, which will be the format for that particular HDMI port select it and select enhanced format.
