Help with technical situation please

Roku is not working.  Unplugged device  replugged device unable to select streaming channel.

If your Roku device is not working and you're unable to select streaming channels, here are a few things you can try:

  • Check your internet connection: Make sure your device is connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable. You can test your internet connection by using another device such as a smartphone or a computer.
  • Restart your Roku device: Try restarting your Roku device by the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.  
  • Check for updates: Make sure your Roku device is up to date with the latest software. You can check for updates by going to Settings > System > System update.
  • Reset your Roku device: If none of the above solutions work, you can try resetting your Roku device to its factory settings. Keep in mind that this will erase all your settings and data. To reset your Roku device, go to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset.
