Help! Apps Aren't Working

A week ago my YouTube app stopped working. I was only able to watch Youtube on my TV when I Airplay/Bluetooth connected from my Ipad or IPhone. But today I started having this problem with Netflix, Prime and Hulu. These are the only apps I've tried.

 

When I select the apps the screen goes black and nothing happens. I've selected home after choosing the app I selected the * and selected update app. I have even deleted the apps and reinstalled them. Still doesn't work. I've selected settings and updated the entire TV and still it's not working.

I was able to get Tubi to work. Disney + showed the logo and returned the TV back to the home screen. Roku Live Tv loaded ok. Roku Channel also seems to work. But the items that I pay for and watch aren't working at all.  

All help would be appreciated. This is driving me insane.

We understand you're having a channel problem since it could not launch it. We're happy to help. Please try the troubleshooting steps below:

  • To restart a Roku player, go to Settings > System > System restart. To restart a Roku TV, go to Settings > System > Power > System restart. Alternatively, you can choose to unplug the Roku device from the power source and then plug it back in.
  • To restart your router, check the instructions from your ISP or router vendor. In some cases, you can simply unplug it and then plug it back in, and in other cases, you may need to press a reset button on the router.
