Solving playback issues

This happens  on my new Gen 4 55" TCL on YouTube. Changing to Normal removes it but it cuts off a few lines of the picture. I would prefer Auto but purple lines are so annoying. Should I return the set ir do they all do this?

• Have you tried removing the YouTube channel, restarting the system, and adding back the channel to see if it fixes the issue?
• Is the issue happening on all contents and channels, or is this isolated to the YouTube channel only? (Specify)
• Can you please send us a photo of the running issue as our reference?
