Does Roku offer support or are we just on our own?
I thought (haha, silly me) that I'd be able to report a problem to Roku via email or a web site form and maybe even submit some pictures. It seems Roku does not offer much in the way of support (so far, I can't find anything they support). Is there such a form or an email to use? (I suppose I could just try email@example.com.) I know that if this is the level of support they offer - which seems to equate to "ask the community, otherwise go away" - I'll never be buying another Roku unit or recommend one to anyone.

Only some devices are offered chat support at https://support.roku.com/contactus . If you have an Express or other inexpensive device this forum and their web pages are all you get. From what I've read here, you're probably better off with this forum.
