We're sorry for the experience that it has caused you. Have you tried restarting your Roku device to see if it helps? We recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.

I had the same issue and now my roku has stopped working completely. I go to main menu, click any channel, it will go to it, then when I click on any program, it will go black for a second and go back to the main menu.
