Blue screen when hitting back button in Xfinity Stream App

When watching live TV in the Xfinity App, my Roku screen is switching to a blue/purple screen when I hit the back arrow instead of the TV guide where I change channels. I have to hit the home button and go back into the Xfinity App to get out of it. Rebooting the Roku hasn’t helped nor has deleting & reinstalling the Xfinity App.

I first reported this issue on 05-24-2023, Issue ID 7J-207-543, when the audio was going out of sync and hitting the back button reset it.
