Blank screen with audio I have tried to troubleshoot the tv numerous times and it continues to be

I have tried to troubleshoot the tv numerous times and it continues to be blank. When the TV is turned on the TCL red and white logo blinks one time and then remains blanks

@Padames82-

A number of TV manufacturers, including TCL,  have licensed Roku technology for inclusion is some set models and market them as "Roku TVs".   Roku doesn't manufacture "Roku TV" sets, it only supplies the Roku operating system.     

This sounds to me like a hardware issue that needs to be referred to the manufacturer of the set.
