I'd be happy to take a closer look to see how we can help get you up and running.

Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?

If you are having an issue with your Roku TV screen going black but can still hear the audio, as a first step, try unplugging your device for a 5-10 minutes then plugging the Roku TV back resolves the issue.

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
