Yesterday my 65 inch TCL Roku TV just stopped working all of the sudden with no indication that anything bad was going to happen. Got stuck in factory reset and a black screen. I went out and bought a new one, the exact same TV and it’s been on twice. When I go to Netflix, Hulu, etc, a tiny thin horizontal black line appears and it’s super annoying because this tv has been out of a box for 12 hours. However, when I turn the TV off, go to the main screen, or I get on the Xbox it all goes away.
I read that this stuff has happened before and likely got fixed by a software update?
