It seems a Roku 4K premiere system update has broken audio.
When I first start using Roku I can hear background noises , like walking or some background music, but not talking
To resolve this, I have to restart the Roku
Any suggestions or is this a bug ?

Roku premiere was working fine for 4 months and I haven't disconnected anything from the Roku or TV.
This just started happening about 2 weeks ago
Have you tried configuring it for only PCM 2.0 output? (Settings/Audio/HDMI=PCM-stereo, Settings/Audio/Audio mode=stereo)
