Audio

I have a Roku Model 3930X and I am having issues with the audio getting out of sync with the video 2-5 minutes difference at times. What can I do to fix this.

How is your Roku connected to the TV -- directly via HDMI, or through another device like an A/V receiver?

Direct HDMI. I thought it was the TV , bought a Westinghouse and still same issue.

Doe the sync problem occur everywhere, or just on a particular channel?
