The issues are with the Roku unit itself.

I tested on 3 different TV's

RCA, JVC and a TCL Roku TV.  All where tested with, Roku Models 4200X, 4230X, 4640X for 3 days continues audio play with no error.

The TCL Roku TV using the internal Roku - Failed audio play back with in 1 to 4 music tracks.

TCL Roku TV reset not using internal Roku.  Using Roku Streaming Stick + x2 units both failed audio with in a few playback tracks.

RCA and JVC TV's using Roku Streaming + Sticks (New) units failed audio with in a few playback tracks.

Summary:  All 3 TV's worked with the older units Roku Models 4200X, 4230X, 4640X

TCL Roku, failed with internal Roku, but worked with Roku Models 4200X, 4230X, 4640X

RCA and JVC TV's failed audio playback using Streaming Stick +'s

I hope this is helpful.

2nd Test: Same results as above.

Playback Error
We're unable to play this track, make sure
the server is running and has access to this
track.

Album: Ultra Rare Trax Vol. 1 - 3
Retry = it opens the track and goes
back to warning.

Next I closed plex and reopen and played
the same album and it played the whole
album without an error.

Plex - Version 1.32.8.7639
Plex Pass - On

Device name 3rd-stone010
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

"Playback Error"
Please check that this file exists and the necessary drive
is mounted.

Changed network Connection From Wireless to Wired
Both rated Excellent: Same Error

Restart router: Powered down TV, Powered on TV after router reset, Loaded Plex and started Music,
Played 4 tracks before the same error occurred. Exited error: Tried restart,
Next and Stop, twenty back to Music but would not play a album or track until I
waited about 60 seconds, then it played a different album track. From the available
121803 tracks. Manually started the album and song that created the error and it
played all the way to end of track and about 4 more then the error.
Started random music again and..... Same error after 2 tracks.

Restarted Roku device: After system reset I restarted random tracks again played 2 tracks then
the same ******* error!

Remove the channel: There is no Remove for Channel for Plex (no uninstall on Roku)
Plex Version 7.13 Build 9
Options: Move App
Restart App
Manage Subscription
Check For Updates
Close
Fixed Found (I hope):
Went to the Plex icon and I opened see settings and did not find a Remove channel. So
I start opening all the menu chooses Move App
Restart App
Manage Subscription
Manage Subscription renew
auto-renewal needs to be re-enabled
Check For Updates
Close

The fix was easy once it was located, because the auto-renewal was off for
Plex. It was causing the issue with locating files. All three TV's Have
been playing music all night.

Thanks for all the tips and where to look.
