55” Westinghouse Roku TV screen support

the link leads to a photo of the issue I’ve been having. It’s almost as if everything that shows on TV stays if it shows in the ‘band’ area that you can see a ton of stuff on. Please help

I think you should contact Westinghouse and see what they have to say.  That looks like a pretty major malfunction.
