3910X Roku Express no power at all

I've read that these models are notorious for overheating and constantly complain about "WiFi signal weak" even though the Roku is within a couple feet of the router.

So a couple days ago I used this model and now there is NO POWER on it at all.

1.  Device is plugged directly into the USB adapter and into the wall outlet. 
2. Tried swapping cables, USB adapters, outlets.
3. Tried holding the Reset button on the back a few times.
4. Tried connecting to another TV.


Any ideas???
