I'd say it means there's a bug in the code. When having trouble with the app it's best to try removing it and reinstalling it.

Mine does too .. It even let me use my wifi phone to make a new account but it wobt remove my device. How is there a bug in the device ... Or how do i remove it. I bought the product an now i cant use it just because i chose to have it disconnected for a while ???

Have you already tried uninstalling and installing the app? This might help with this error you've been getting, so kindly do so.

Thank you for a responding. I have uninstalled the smart home app and now it will not install.

That's a new one. Is this Android or Apple? Try restarting your phone.
