video sync lost going through sound bar

Video goes to snow after a few minutes. Works fine attached direct to TV.

Model 3900x Roku express.

Software 10.0.0 build 4209-51

Thanks for the post.

How are you connecting your soundbar to your TV? If you are not experiencing any issues when not connecting the soundbar, it would lead us to believe that the issue is caused by the soundbar.
