Already posted here and was received by Roku. Sent my defective unit to them and now no response. Know this isn't the format to use, but no cell # and I have no device or evidence that they received mine. I have and sent a tracking # and did what they wanted...Any advice?

For other issues, just press the Contact Support button and you can send a message to Roku directly in a more detailed form.
Don't really know how long a replacement takes, but some follow-up on your status would be a good idea.

Still trying to follow up on return of my device. No communication from Roku since before this post was presented. I feel like I am being forgotten with my $80.00 device floating around their warehouse in San Jose. USPS says it was delivered per the tracking but no answer to my emails. And having trouble with chat agent in the process....How do I at least chat with Agents?
Currently, the chat option is unmanned. Everything is by email from the above links. Sometimes a Roku mod can help with confirmation or more info. @RokuMary-F or @RokuDanny-R
