Roku setup

while setting up my roku streaming stick plus the signal went out? it happened after it installed the new software. tried resetting it and it shows the loading screen but cuts out again

Make sure you are powering the SS+ with the provided USB AC adapter, and NOT using your TV's USB ports (they rarely provide enough power)

Otherwise, reboot all your devices (Roku/modem/router/gateway).
