How to download and install the operating system with a USB?

Hi! I cannot download the operating system installation file for my TCL Roku TV from tvupdate.roku.com my television model is 32S301LCAA, serial number (2N009F613555) after entering the information that the site asks and when I click on next there is a message that says model not recognized. how to download and install the operating system with a USB?

Hi! i manage to download the tcl rokutv operating system installation file but at times when i try to install it with a usb there is a message popping up saying "the current software is newer. is not allowed to go back to an earlier version." despite I reset the factory setting it is still in version 12.00
