It might help to know what "it" is, but subscriptions paid through Roku are tied to the Roku account. If your devices are linked to different Roku accounts (check the email address displayed on each one under Settings->System->About), you won't be able to use a subscription taken out on one device on the other. The solution is to either link both devices to the same Roku account or always subscribe to a service directly with the provider and not through a third party like Roku, Amazon, Apple, etc. Subscriptions through third parties often come with restrictions.
