What TVs are compatible with the Roku Express

I have a Legend TV which is a TV which is a tv brand that they put in RVs but it’s not  WiFi capable. Will it work with the Roku Express or do I need a WiFi capable TV?

The TV needs an HDMI port for the Roku to connect to the TV. That's it. The Roku will take it from there.
