Streambar solid blue blinking light

Recently replaced my Express with a Steambar, after a short while, blue light starts blinking and color / contrast on TV screen gets very red.  Tried to recycle, changed HDMI cables and reset everything.

Its not the TV, because dvd's play fine. no color contrast issues
