Split screen on installation

I'm putting Roku on a new TV.  Installation went fine except I have a split screen, 2 identical images separated by a red line, in black and white.  I looked up a fix and disabled the "Auto-adjust display refresh rate" and rebooted Roku.  It still is an issue.  Any new fixes?

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried replacing the HDMI cable used to connect the Roku to your TV, as well as trying to use another HDMI port on the TV to see if that resolves the issue?
