Welcome to the Roku Community.
We can see that you have a Roku simple or IR remote. When using the remote, are you making sure that you are pointing the remote directly to the IR sensor on the Roku device and that there are no obstructions? Have you tried replacing the batteries on the remote to see if it helps?
