Just got a new Roku Express.
Set up went fine, but it does not connect after going through all the steps.
I've gone through set up 5 times and it isn't connecting
My wireless and internet connections are fine
Activation email comes through (5x)
Activation link instructions followed
I've re-started the Roku and Re-started set up
No connection and I'm not able to talk with a real customer service person.
What is the solution here?????
