Brand new Roku Express 4K+ plugged into wall outlet as recommended. When tv is off for a little while the Roku powers off, too, and I have to physically reset or re-plug it. There is never a white light, only a blue light when I reset it. Tried plugging into a different outlet but got same result.

You don't have to unplug it; just press Home on the remote (or any non-TV control button) and it should wake up. There's a new "power saving" option under Settings->System->Power you can disable if you don't like that behavior.
