Roku streaming stick doesn’t recognize my TV brand. I have an iLive

I recently bought a Roku steaming stick and am trying to set it up to control my power and volume, but it won’t recognize my TV brand automatically and it doesn’t come up when I try to search it. I have an iLive TV. I know you can put in a compatible tv brand to make it work, but I’m not sure what to use

Sorry but I can't help, only thing that comes up in searches are iLive audio devices. Nothing about iLive tv's. If it does use another brand's code, you're the only who can come up with a list, to help yourself and others later. Get aftermarket universal remote that has code search, and blink back feature to identify the code once found. Take that code look in the manual for ALL brands that use it, check those same brands in the Roku settings. I suggest a UEI made remote like the Onn 6 universal remote from Walmart:

      onn. R113663 6-Device Universal Remote - Walmart.com

  • Use GPX as the TV brand.  ILive was originally GPX.
