Roku has burnt out TWO TVs

Mine too. The picture on the screen froze up and when I tried to turn the TV off and back on it was dead and I notice the Roku light was out. I had been having problems with the Roku for a while with...

    • Are you experiencing this across all the channels or only on a specific channel?
    • What Roku device/s are you having trouble with?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
    • Can you please provide us with photos showing the issue you're encountering?

    In the meantime, try Restarting your Roku Devices by navigating to Settings > System > Power (if you don't see the Power Submenu, proceed to System restart) or manually unplugging them from the power source for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in.
