Roku Set Up Won't Recognize Any TV Brands

Just tried installing a 4K+ on a Toshiba.  When prompted to enter the TV brand during Set Up it Toshiba (or any other brand) is not recognized.  As a result I can't complete the set up.  Any thoughts on how to help?  I tried changing the HDMI Port to no avail.

Try connecting to an alternate network like your phone's hotspot.  If you're network uses any kind of ad-blocker or something similar that could be the problem.

Thank you I will try this.  Although I have other Rokus in my home and they all worked off of my wifi
