I got my Roku and set it up without issues. The next day I tried to turn it on and have no output from it... No audio, no visual. I checked all connections, tried plugging it into different displays, tried plugging my old firestick into the same ports and it worked fine, tried the reset button, tried swapping batteries in the remote.. Nothing. The device light is on and as far as I can tell this is the only indicator that it is functioning. I contacted support and they sent me a new remote but without any sort of visual display I can't connect it...
