Roku 10.5 update picture size

I have a 4620x Roku player and recently updated from 10.0 to 10.5 and the picture size went from widescreen to standard or something smaller (displaying black rectangle borders on each side ) and I cannot figure out how to adjust picture size on the Roku menu options . My tv doesnt have a menu hard button and lost the remote . If anyone could help fix this issue within the Roku menu that would be appreciated .
