RCA projector/Rulu bundle

We had this RCA/ruku projector bundle for about two months now. Now out of the blue while watch a show it will back out to projector menu or completely turn its self of. It’s really quit creepy. Any insight on what to do would greatly be appreciated. We have unplugged for 30 mins an hour. We have restarted it. We have factory reset it. Just at a loss. Thanks.

What model Roku player are you using? is it connected directly to the projector, or to an AVR that is fed from some distance away? What are you using to power the Roku, a wall cube or a USB port from the projector or some other device?
