If you have read all my posts, it explains everything I've done to solve this matter.
I've a reset like you suggested, tried another TV, I given you the serial number etc, I have done everything that you have asked me to and all I get is the language screen and then the bouncing Roku logo......

Thanks for the follow up.
How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?
Please keep us posted and we will be able to assist you further.

I am in the processing of setting up three TV's in my home with Roku Express 4K+. I am replacing cable for all three TV's with Roku devices. The first two TV's were no problem. They were both Smart TV's. The last TV is a flat screen TV in the basement which is not a Smart TV. It is a Samsung manufactured in 2011. It does have HDMI connections and a USB port for power. I have connected the Roku Device to the TV via the USB for power and the HDMI port. (I know that this port works because earlier today my cable service was working correctly using the same connection.) When I turn on the TV and cycle to the correct HDMI source the Roku device light first turns white and then begins to flash red. I do not get a setup screen as I did on the other two TV's. All I see on the TV is "No Signal". I have cycled through all the sources to ensure that I am corrected to the correct source. The batteries in the remote appear to be working as there is a flashing green light in the battery compartment when they are installed. Any ideas on what to do next? I am beginning to wonder if this device is compatible with this older TV. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
