I bought a Roku Express. I set it up as instructed, but all I get is the language screen, I press ok and then it goes to the bouncing Roku screen. I've unplugged, tried another TV, reset the box, everything that you've advised in other blogs. no matter what I've done all I get is Language screen and then then bouncing Roku logo....
I'm so disappointed that I have asked the supplier for a full refund

If you have read all my posts, it explains everything I've done to solve this matter.
I've a reset like you suggested, tried another TV, I given you the serial number etc, I have done everything that you have asked me to and all I get is the language screen and then the bouncing Roku logo......

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?
