Okay so I’ve used my 4k plus with no problem on a tv before . Bought a pro scan and it was telling me it had low power so I plugged it into an outlet when I do that it won’t even turn on I keep the usb plugged in the service port on the tv it will say low power and blink on and off the whole time I’ve tried everything nothing seems to be working someone please help

If you have tried all the suggestions posted in this Support link: What to do if the red light is flashing, or you see a "low-power" warning, please reply here with the serial number of the affected Roku device. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.
