Long range wireless receiver

Is there a fix for this problem?

I thought it was a bad USB cube so, I ordered a new cable for ROKU and I still have the problem

    Hi 40acres,

Welcome, and thanks for posting to the Roku Community!

We do not have enough details from your original message to make an effective suggestion, and we'd like to take action.

For us to help you better, we will ask a set of questions to isolate the issue:

    • What Roku device are you using right now? (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Streambar, Roku TV—specify TV)
    • When did you notice the issue start?
    • Are you encountering any error messages or codes?
    • Are there any changes in the setup or settings of your Roku device or your network provider that might cause the problem?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you taken besides ordering a new cable to fix the issue?

With more details, we will be able to assist you best.

    All the best,
    Chel

    40acres-

The Long Range Wireless Receiver is the WiFi radio contained in a pod as part of the USB power cable for recent Roku Streaming Sticks.

There are two different replacement power cords with the Long Range Wireless Receiver available, depending on your Streaming Stick model.  The two are NOT interchangeable.
