Initial setup without remote

I have a Roku express that has been factory reset and have lost the remote. I do have the remote that came with my brothers Roku tv, which are still paired. How can I get the remote to connect with the Roku express to begin initial setup?

If the remote for the TV is a voice remote with a microphone button, you can pair it to the Express.  If it's not a voice remote, then it's an IR remote that won't work with any stand-alone device.
