Home screen not set up properly

I set up my Roku today. I entered an email address, activated my account, and there are no internet connectivity issues. The Roku site says my Spectrum app is downloaded and installed. However my home screen is not set up properly and it keeps giving me the screen for an activation link. Can anyone help?
