Havent received my order 1/18/24

Hi 

I have not received my order. Order was placed on 1/18/24. Device was supposed to be “shipped” on 1/20/24. USPS tracking states pre shipment label created on 1/20/24, device not shipped yet. It is now more than the 3 standard business days. When will I receive my roku device?
