Hi - I’ve plugged in my Roku Express (3900 series) to power and HDMI port, the light is not blinking red so I know there is enough power. Once plugged in, the word “Roku” appears and each letter bounces sequentially before switching to a dark black box in the center of screen with no options or instructions to continue. I’ve also tried to unplug and repower the device through a variety of different electric outlets. Additionally, I’ve also reset the device using the hole on the back of the Roku streaming device. Has anyone encountered this issue and how should I proceed?
