Entering passwords for subscriptions

Jump to solution

I’m trying to add subscriptions but how do I enter the password?  There are no letters or numbers to choose from on the TV remote or on the screen, as far as I can tell.

Place your cursor on the data entry field, then press OK on the remote.  That should pop up the on-screen keyboard.

Also. you can use the Roku app on your phone or tablet and then you have a keyboard you can use. Easier than the on-screen keyboards available on the Roku. 🙂

Just a note that not all apps will work with the phone/tablet keyboard. I think some may use their own built-in on-screen "keyboard" only.
