Differences between Roku 2 and Roku Ultra LT 2023

I have a Roku 2 (2015) and want to know the basic advantages of purchasing a new Ultra LT.

    I'd start with this Roku chart: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roku#Feature_comparison

    Then figure out which of the 5 models with "Roku 2" in their names you want to compare against.  (Roku is lousy about reusing model names.).  Most likely its the Roku 2 4210 model released in 2015, although earlier models may still have been available in stores then.

    Does the remote with this unit have infrared capability? If so, how can it be activated, and how can the Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth be kept turned off? Are there specific functions that can only be used via Wi-Fi?
