Roku setup

Connecting 2nd smart tv with Roku device. Made it to wi-fi prompt with correct router and pw entered. Will not find my wi-fi.  Other Roku works fine.  Tried to follow online Roku restart and remote will not access home screen to accomplish restart. Stays at language prompt.

Thanks for reaching out about the issue you've encountered while setting up. Don't worry; I got you!

You may try to restart the activation process, by doing a factory reset to your Roku. This will allow you to start over with the activation and see if you can proceed with the following steps afterward. 

Here's how:

• Locate the reset button on the device
• Press and hold the reset button until you see the jumping Roku Logo
• You will be prompted to set up the device again, and you may follow the instructions here.
