I am sure the input source is correct & the older roku I took off was still working with some apps so the TV is ok. I'm afraid there is a compatability issue with the new roku & I was hoping it might be simply relative to a setting? No such luck I'm sure. Thank you for your help!!
No, if a previous Roku was working, there should be no issue with swapping in a new one. If the Express is brand new, I'd take it back and exchange it. And if it's been too long for that, Roku has a one year warranty, and from what I've seen they're pretty good about getting a replacement out.
