Blank screen during setup

When I was setting up my Roku on my tv the screen went blank, not Black but blank. The only thing that shows on my screen is the Roku name at the top and the normal background. Does anyone know what to do I’ve reset it, unplugged it multiple times and left it unplugged for almost 2hours and it’s still the same. HELPPP!!!!
