I have a Roku stick 3800. If I add another 3800 to a second TV do I have to set it up as a stand alone or can I login with the username and password of my original stick

You can use the same account email, all channels on the first roku will show in the second, but won't be the same order and you will have to sign in to each again. Remember with each using the same account, when you delete or add a channel from one it happens on the second one too.
